Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following services will be required at each high school: 1. Professional communications with parents/students about studio information, prices, etc. 2. Three days in the first six-weeks with three photographer set-ups for underclassmen photos and one day for seniors with tux and drapes. 3. Two days of retakes a month later. 4. Proofs provided to the campus yearbook adviser either digitally or printed by Thanksgiving. 5. A disc of all images provided before Christmas per the year book publishers specifications as provided in this offer. 6. Provide a professional photographer for candid shots for the prom. 7. Provide one (1) 11 X 14 portrait of the Valedictorian and Salutatorian matted and framed according to each schools specifications. 8. Provide one (1) 11 X 14 portrait of each new principal matted and framed as needed. 9. Sports Teams: Football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball and soccer will be required to use this service. The administration of each high school will encourage other sports teams to use this service. Services provided to the sports teams may include team photographs, individual player shots as well as action shots. Teams may require photographs suitable for use on the jumbotron in use at the Birdville Fine Arts/Athletic Complex.
