1. All areas to be inspected on a monthly basis. The Contractor shall provide preventive treatment to prevent infestations. 2. Infestations shall be treated urgently until controlled at no additional charge to Workforce Solutions Cameron. 3. Service to include ants, roaches, fleas, rodents, crawlings, insects, flying insects, rats and mice. Termite Control is NOT included. 4. Spray all areas in the interior of each facility, including all hallways, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and storage areas. 5. Spray exterior perimeters of each facility. 6. Furnish all chemicals, materials and equipment. 7. Wear distinctive, uniform clothing and provide identification upon entrance to the facility. 8. Notify the Facilities Manager of any precautionary actions, which may be recommended by the Contractor. 9. On days of treatments, approve work beforehand with the center director or designee at the specific treatment site. 10. Use non-flammable chemicals registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. 11. Remove and dispose of all excess and/or unneeded chemicals, materials, or equipment after applications are completed. 12. Quarterly flea treatments on all facilities.
