Specifications include, but are not limited to: Awarded Arts organizations will collaborate with the FBISD Fine Arts Department and campus administrators, as well as Fine Arts and classroom teachers, to provide Arts-related educational services to students, teachers, and administrators. FBISD will evaluate all service providers based on their ability to provide the following services: Provide a program of regularly-scheduled concerts, performances, theatrical productions, or exhibits in the greater Houston area which serve to educate students about one or more of the four Arts disciplines of Art, Dance, Music, and Theatre and inspire them to become involved in artistic endeavors. Provide individual, group, and large ensemble instructional programs in FBISD schools to students to provide pedagogical training in one or more of the four Arts disciplines, motivation, and role-modeling which inspires students to continue their artistic endeavors. Develop partnerships with FBISD Fine Arts instructional programs to create arts-education experiences which complement existing classroom curriculum, including performances, exhibits, residencies, workshops, consultant services, and coaching.
