Specifications include, but are not limited to: selective site demolition and haul away, erosion control, tree protection/preservation, new prefabricated restroom facility (facility, materials and installation by Romtec), new playground improvements (playground structure, playground surfacing, playground installation and playground drainage by Whirlix), new water/sewer/electrical utilities including lift station, parking lot expansion, parking guard railing expansion, landscape sub-surface drainage and outfall structures, concrete patios, concrete walks, concrete trails, park areas, trail areas and parking lot lighting, lighting concrete piers, lighting trenching, electrical service for lighting, restrooms, and lift station, barrier free ramp expansion, landscape (sod replacement only), irrigation (temporary watering only for establishment), mass grading, fine grading and grading for drainage, site clearing and demolition and all other systems, parts and appurtenances detailed in the construction documents and technical specifications.
