1. Demolition and removal of existing stainless-steel gutter, as well as demolition and removal of deck concrete as necessary to access the existing stainless-steel gutter. 2. Furnish and install new stainless-steel gutter system with attached deck drain. 3. Furnish and install swimming pool piping systems to connect existing piping to new stainless-steel gutter, including pressure testing existing piping prior to connection to ensure there are no leaks or broken pipes. 4. Form, reinforce, and pour new pool deck concrete where it was removed, and furnish and install new deck topping on the new concrete. 5. Furnish and install new deck depth marker tiles. 6. Preservation of the existing pool liner throughout the duration of the project. 7. Furnish close-out documents and owner’s manuals, as well as provide walk-through training for all equipment. 8. Start up equipment and balance water chemistry. 9. Final Design to be sealed by a registered structural engineer licensed in the state of Texas.
