A shuttle service is being requested to provide patient service between the designated parking areas at Patient Parking Lots and 1350 JPOC, 1400 JPOC and the Main Hospital Entrance for approximately twelve (12) month engagement with an option for an extension of one (1) year between January, 2025 and December 31, 2025. JPS HEALTH NETWORK FORT WORTH has listed the following requirements for service: Hire drivers, staff, and manage operations Staff includes a full-time manager/dispatcher with transportation experience Provide buses and maintain fleet Operation must comply with state/federal DOT requirements The scheduled shuttle service must have approximately 15-minute intervals during “peak times” “Peak times” will be defined as 7:00am – 9:30am and 3:00pm – 5:30pm Shuttle bus running at regular 15 to 20- minute intervals during “non-peak times” between 9:30am – 3:00pm Moving approximately 100-200 people/day – primarily patients Round trip milage is approximately half a mile per trip and no more than ten (10) miles per day There may be service needed for a special event or VIP tour in the future Office space and bus storage to be provided by JPS Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays All-inclusive Per Hour Rate for year one and the optional year Meet or exceed the Insurance Requirements
