This RFP seeks to establish competitively procured master agreements that will support the maintenance, repair, inspection, modernization, and support services of passenger boarding bridges and related systems used at commercial airports, general aviation facilities, and other public agency-operated terminals. Scope of Services: Respondents may provide one or more of the following categories of services related to Passenger Boarding Bridges and associated systems: Preventive Maintenance Services - Scheduled inspections and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements. Routine lubrication, cleaning, functional checks, and adjustment of all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components. Documentation and reporting of maintenance activities and recommendations for corrective actions. Asset condition assessments and life cycle management planning. Corrective and Emergency Repair Services - On-call and emergency response services for unplanned breakdowns or operational failures. Rapid response to ensure safe and uninterrupted boarding/deboarding processes. Repair and replacement of components including but not limited to elevation systems, rotunda bearings, tunnel sections, cab operations, PC boards, and drive systems.
