Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board (Board) is seeking to enter into a Contract with a qualified contractor to provide seven (7) Parts Washer Machines and Scheduled Maintenance Services, following the specifications, terms and conditions of this Solicitation. 1.2 Parts Washer Machines shall be provided on a lease basis, and installed at different locations through the Airport, as listed below: 1.2.1 ARFF Shop – 3110 East Airfield Drive, one, 30-gallon parts washer with pump and brush. 1.2.2 Heavy Equipment Shop – 2930 East Airfield Drive, one, 30-gallon parts washer with pump and brush and one, 40-gallon front loading hot wash unit. 1.2.3 De-Ice Shop – 1000 Southwest Construction Road Building #2303030, one, 30-gallon parts washer with pump and brush. 1.2.4 Indoor Gun Range – 1533 West 27th St., one, 30-gallon parts washer with pump and brush. 1.2.5 Small Equipment Shop – 3110 East 29th Street, one, 30-gallon parts washer with pump and brush. 1.2.6 Reverse Osmosis Plant – 4101 South 20th Avenue, one, 30-gallon parts washer with pump and brush. 1.2.7 Central Utility Plant – 2375 North International Drive – Service of Board owned parts washer. 1.3 The term “DFW Airport Board Energy, Transportation and Maintenance Representative” defines a member of the of DFW Airport Board Energy, Transportation and Asset Management (ETAM) Department or someone designated in writing by the Vice President of the ETAM Department. 1.4 To establish an understanding of the type of characteristics of the parts washer machines equipment that will be considered, specific makes the model numbers that have been provided. This information is intended to be descriptive and not restricted. Bidders can propose in their bid other makes and models of the same use, type and characteristics of those provided. 1.5 The Bidder shall submit a one year on-time service schedule for review and approval, with their Bid Pricing Submittal. 1.6 Only bids received from established firms engaged and experienced in the work described in these specifications will be considered responsive to this bid.
