The parking system must consist of an entry and exit kiosks located at the corner of Washington Street and Salinas Avenue in Laredo, Texas. The County seeks proposals from qualified companies for the purchase of new kiosks with barrier gates, remove the old equipment, delivery, installation, set-up, and all related equipment with testing provided after installation. The system must be capable of operating with a software system/server to monitor the activity of the parking system. System must allow for the payment with credit and/or debit cards with options of payment by mobile app, pay-by-space or pay-by-license plate. The proposal can provide recommendations of payments but would require credit card and contactless payments Proposal must provide options for custom branding of the kiosks as well as a validation solution and passes as on option to the County to manage the parking system. The company must provide access to monthly reports of the system and will be able to guarantee quick response to any malfunction of the parking system. The proposal must provide a standard and extended warranty package in their proposal. The proposal must provide service plan options for the maintenance of parking system The proposal must provide options of available upgrades to the system when available. The proposal must provide an estimated timeline of installation of the parking system and software once the contract is awarded.
