Specifications include, but are not limited to: The number of trips may vary from week to week based on the demand for service. A Proposer responding to this RFP understands and agrees to provide wheelchair services if the Proposer is awarded a contract. Refusal to provide wheelchair services after contract award can lead to contract termination. • SERVICE SCHEDULE The service Contractor must be able to meet the following service demands: Operate from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday in Tarrant County as assigned. Trips assigned may be within one city or go to other areas in Tarrant County. Many of the trips occur during the peak hours of 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. No service will be provided on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (or the day after), and observed holiday for New Year's Day, Fourth of July and Christmas Day (i.e. if Christmas is on Saturday, then Friday would be the observed holiday, etc.).
