The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is soliciting this request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from General Contractors (GC) for a Combined Package 1 projects, this includes the Truck Route Signage Improvements Project & the International Bridge 1 Lane Reconfiguration Project (RFP#2025-029). The Project Scopes consist of the following: Truck Route Signage Improvements Truck Route Signage Improvements with installation for fifteen (15) proposed signs on right of ways (ROW) on US57, SPUR216, US277, FM1021, and Loop 480 for guidance, and increase safety; International Bridge 1 Lane Reconfiguration Bridge 1 Lane Reconfiguration consists of re-stripping and traffic signage improvements along Garrison St. (US57) from Jefferson St to Commercial St, for the purpose of reconfigure the lanes from two incoming and two outgoing lanes to four outgoing lanes and one incoming lane from International Bridge 1 this to improve traffic flow and safety around the area. Both projects are located within the Eagle Pass city limits and within TxDOT ROW (SS 240, US57, SPUR216, US277, FM1021, and Loop 480), Eagle Pass, Texas, 78852.
