The City of Del Rio Public Works Department consists of various divisions that meet the needs of residents by building and maintaining the infrastructure that is vital to the City. The purpose of this request for proposals is to obtain proposals from various firms who will then be placed on a list of pre-approved, previously vetted sellers for various materials and supplies needed to complete public works projects. All orders will be placed within award date until September 30, 2026. The following items include the list of items that will be ordered through this pre-approved vendor list: Flex Base Grade-1 MC-30 Prime Coat Oil RC-250 Tack Oil PB-4 Rock Type-C Asphalt Vendor must be able to sell and deliver these items to the City within a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price.
