The extent of services may include any one or a combination of the following: 1.4.1.1 Provide proactive day-to day management and leadership of each project from initiation through completion of project definition, design, construction, commissioning and warranty phase. 1.4.1.2 Responsible for coordinating and managing all project resources as well as administering the overall fiduciary and schedule responsibility of each project. 1.4.1.3 Actively lead the procurement of design and construction services and drive progress of consultants and service providers to achieve expected functionality of the project within parameters requested by the Owner. Procure and manage Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment planning, design, coordination, and installation services. 1.4.1.4 Facilitate timely well-informed decisions by stakeholders and report progress and issues impacting the project requirements and goals to stakeholders. Organize and lead weekly design and construction meetings. 1.4.1.5 Develop, monitor and report project metrics, budgets and schedules to assure compliance with approved OCP CIP processes and project requirements. Develop detailed budget formats to track expenditures in collaboration with campus accounting procedures. Review and approve project expenditures for consultant services, service contracts, construction pay applications, and Owner-provided technical services within OCP established authority limits.
