The selected Professional Employer Organization (PEO) firm shall provide Payroll Processing; Payroll Tax Reporting; Employee Benefits Administration; Human Resources Management; and Safety and Risk Management for the Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas Workforce Centers and Child Care Service staff under the direction and control of Principle Concepts, LLC. The PEO would be a Co- Employer for the following describedworkforce: • 53 Employees • $3.5M Annual Payroll Processed on a Bi-Weekly Basis • Worker’s Compensation Code: 8810 Clerical Office Employees • Current Worker’s Compensation Rate: .10% of GrossPayroll • Current State Unemployment Insurance Tax Rate: 1.5% The Employee Benefit Package includes the benefits shown on Schedule 1 Benefits Summary Guide appended to this Request for Proposal. The Group Health Insurance must include in-network coverage for the workforce assigned in the locations shownbelow. Employment Liability Practice Insurance policies shall list Principle Concepts (PC) as an additional insured entity. The PEO/EOR shall provide Principle Concepts with a certificate of insurance listing PC as an additionally insured entity.
