Specifications include, but are not limited to: Statement of Work Contractors will provide the assistance and resulting deliverables that the THECB seeks for the design and implementation of the new Resource Management process. Contractors will provide a broad range of services in support of and in close coordination with the THECB’s leadership and Resource Management project team, to include the following phases: 2.4.1 Phase I - Process Definition. Contractor will define the process. The definition will include capturing the voice of the customer, defining the process’ “critical to quality� characteristics, and prioritizing those “critical to quality� characteristics. 2.4.2 Phase II - Process Assessment. Contractor will evaluate the current process. The evaluation will include process gap analysis and technology gap analysis. 2.4.3 Phase III - Process Design. Contractor will design a new process. The design will include capturing the voice of the customer, defining critical to quality issues, designing a new process to address the critical to quality issues, and testing the design through prototyping. 2.4.4 Phase IV - Process Deployment. Contractor will deploy the new process. The deployment will include change management, training, and project closeout.
