The Victoria ISD (VISD) is soliciting this proposal to select one or multiple firms to furnish printing services on an “as needed basis”. Services shall include, but not limited to, printing of letterhead and envelopes, business cards, single and multi-page NCR forms, booklets, binding, padding and other related services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the duration of the anticipated contract. The District is also accepting Proposal Responses for a multiple award contract for percentage discounts off Catalog, Shelf or Retail pricing agreement for the duration of the anticipated contract. The purpose of this portion of the Proposal is to provide a list of vendors for our campus and department customers, with pre-established terms and conditions, including discount off catalog price; and shipping and handling charges/fees if any related to printing related services.
