Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Prospering Pals Purchasing Cooperative and it's member districts ("Cooperative" or "Prospering Pals"), is seeking a single source supplier for the aggregate of products to be purchased. In consideration of this fact, all distributors should be prepared to provide all products solicited as part of this RFP and meet all quantity requirements. The contract is provided to secure products to approximately 14 school districts in the Cooperative totaling approximately 253 delivery sites. The current members of the Cooperative include the following: Coppell ISD, Denton ISD, Eagle Mountain/Saginaw ISD, Faith Family Academy of Oak Cliff, Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, Hurst Euless Bedford ISD, Highland Park ISD, Kennedale ISD, Lovejoy ISD, Mesquite ISD, Hico ISD, Richardson ISD, Slidell ISD, and White Settlement ISD. However, the actual number of enrolled school Cooperatives and delivery sites will be negotiated annually, at renewal time, as a part of the contract that results from the award of this RFP.
