Servicing the restrooms will include the following: 1) Spray disinfectant all parts of the unit, inside and outside. This includes door handle, inside door panel, walls, toilet paper holder, supply dispensers, toilet and tank. 2) Prewash: Use urinal cleaner and spray the urinal. Use graffiti remover on any graffiti inside and outside the unit. 3) Using a truck with a PTO pump and suction hose, remove all debris from inside the storage tank. Any items that cannot be removed with the suction hose must be removed manually. 4) Remove any debris from the floor. 5) Prime the storage tank with water and blue disinfectant solution. 6) Dry the inside of the unit. Making sure all surfaces are clean. Clean floor of any dirt/mud. 7) Restock any consumables as needed. Service of handwash station: 1) Fill fresh water holding tank. 2) Wipe down all areas of the sink making sure it is cleaned and sanitized. 3) Restock any supplies as needed. 4) Service of sanitizing station: A: Refill any sanitizer solution as needed B: Wipe down the entire unit making sure it is cleaned and sanitized.
