The required services to be provided includes scheduled inspection, cleaning, calibration, and replacement of worn parts to ensure instruments operate within manufacturer specifications. Annual Full-Service Plan (Service/Maintenance) contract for four (4) Agilent Technologies Inc. Equipment. Readers and Washers are used for several serological analysis, testing, and identification. Regular maintenance and service ensures optimal testing and accuracy of the results produced of this equipment and immediate response in the event an instrument malfunction. The Annual Full-Service Plan must Include: • Full Serve agreement (FSA) covers: o Unlimited telephone support, for both Hardware & Software Troubleshooting o Priority Response o Unlimited Travel and Labor for each visit o Any Parts required for repairs. o Any Consumables required to complete the repair. o Annual preventative maintenance o Agilent industry-exclusive Service Guarantee – “if we can’t fix it, we replace it.” • Coverage: on-site between 08:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday to Friday. Technical support 24 hours X 7 days/week, 08:00 am – 5:00 pm. • Service engineers must be qualified and factory-trained to work on Agilent instrument hardware that is specified above. At the time a bid is submitted, respondents must provide training certificates and summaries of experience for individuals who will be performing service/maintenance on equipment. • Vendor must directly perform service/maintenance. Due to the critical public health nature of this equipment, subcontracting is not allowed. • HHS reserves the right to add or remove equipment from this contract.
