Task 2 – Review and Assessment: Analyze MPO and local plans, safety data, and policies; identify gaps and opportunities in multimodal planning. Task 3 – Stakeholder Engagement: Support public and stakeholder outreach through workshops, interviews, or surveys; summarize feedback. Task 4 – Develop Guidelines: Draft context-sensitive Complete Streets Guidelines, cross-sections, and prioritization tools addressing safety, equity, accessibility, and sustainability. Task 5 – Implementation Support: Develop strategies for applying guidelines in MPO plans (MTP, TIP); recommend performance measures and funding opportunities; a list of potential Complete Street projects within the MPO boundary
