The contractor will have site improvements on the west side of the building at the front entrance, where the existing paved sidewalk will be carefully removed, salvaged and stored for reuse, and be ramped and elevated to match the finished floor elevation of the theatre’s lobby. The contractor will reuse the pavers at the new ramp and elevated sidewalk. The top existing curb will be cut and raised where a new guardrail will be installed on a raised curb. On the east side of the building where the contractor will install a new concrete ramp and stairs at the existing loading dock and provide concrete pads for the new hvac equipment. The contractor will remove damaged components and structural elements of the existing front canopy and repair and install a new canopy with metal soffit ceiling and marquee sign and utilize the existing metal panel covers for the new canopy to match the previous existing canopy conditions. The contractor shall evaluate the existing panel conditions and replicate the panel as deemed necessary. Canopy shall include a marquee house reader board that will function with the existing marquee lettering.
