1. Provide Security updates Including cameras, card access readers and door contacts 2. Provide Secure front Vestibule 3. Renovate and expand administration 4. Replace exterior waterproofing /Sealant joints 5. Replace Fire alarm System 6. Renovate corridor to provide new durable surfaces throughout (remove existing lockers, floor, ceiling, and include ACM abatement where applicable). 7. Remove and replace ceiling with new acoustical lay-in ceiling tile and grid throughout facility. 8. Replace Exterior doors. 9. Replace interior lights with LED lighting 10. Provide interior lighting controls 11. Mechanical / HVAC improvements include new split system, fan coil and rooftop units, replacing exhaust fans, steam boiler, water piping, grilles and diffusers, and providing controls on unites. 12.
