Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base architectural scope includes the following: •Remodel of 3 existing classrooms with restrooms, including paint, new ceiling tile and replacement of plumbing fixtures as required for student age group •Remodel of 5 existing classrooms, including adding restroom to classroom, new paint, and new ceiling tile. •Remodel of 2 existing classrooms into the new Library/Media Center • Remodel 2 existing classroom into special education rooms • Replacement of wood Gymnasium flooring with rubber athletic flooring • Addition of outdoor trex deck learning area • Addition of playground and entry canopies • Phasing of project as follows: 8 classrooms (including special education) and pediatrician clinic to be completed by start of school year. Professional development room, library/media room, conference room, stage, and outdoor learning to be completed by substantial completion. Gym to be usable by start of school year and floor replaced before students come back from Christmas break.
