General. CPA seeks to purchase one (1) Opex Falcon V Control Unit and Scanner (Equipment) that meets CPA’s minimum requirements as described in this RFO. Successful Respondent’s Services shall include at a minimum the following: a. Full Service Maintenance: Successful Respondent must provide Full Service Maintenance Services for the Equipment, including any embedded or licensed Software. b. Delivery and Installation: The Successful Respondent shall deliver the Opex Falcon V Control Unit and Scanner (Equipment) with updated Windows 11Operating System and all Opex software loaded and configured. The Equipment is subject to testing, analysis and hardening by CPA staff. CPA will work with Successful Respondent on any issues detected. (See Section II, Part D.3.1) c. Testing and Acceptance: The Successful Respondent shall physically unpack, inspect, and verify correct part numbers, power-up, test, and configure all items procured from this RFO. Once acceptance is complete, the Successful Respondent shall ensure they provide the signed ‘In Production and Acceptance’ certificate. (See Section II, Part D.3.2)
