The purpose of this contract is to establish reliable agreement between the City of Austin and a qualified Contractor for the provision, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of onsite storage and office units, available for both rental and purchase. The services provided under this contract shall ensure the timely and efficient delivery of various types of units, including but not limited to open bay, deluxe, combination, and office units, in compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards. The objective is to support City operations by ensuring secure, functional, and code-compliant onsite facilities that meet dynamic and time-sensitive requirements, including emergency and expedited service needs.
