Specifications include, but are not limited to: Training courses must be available 24/7 for up to 2000 employees. Each employee must have a unique id/password to access the training. Collin College must be able to register all employees individually or send employee information to the vendor to upload into the vendor’s learning system. Collin College must be able to upload college policies relevant to the training material or to have the vendor upload the relevant policies. Collin College employees must be able to download and print a certificate of completion. Reporting features must be available at various usage levels. Training material must be legally current, including applicable state laws. References to appropriate laws, acts, policies, should be included in course content.
