Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 The Contractor shall review all policies and procedures maintained with DFW plans and programs. 3.2 The Contractor shall provide certified instructors from the state of Texas to provide paramedic training for an online class. 3.3 All classes shall be fully accredited by CoAEMSP and in compliance with Texas Department of State Health Services regulations. 3.4 All classes shall provide online starting options for courses starting in June, July, December, and January. 3.5 All courses shall publish a course calendar and syllabus. 3.6 All Texas-certified instructors shall allow all courses to be completed within twelve (12) months. 3.7 All course providers shall maintain a sufficient list of clinical providers, allowing all course attendees to obtain their required clinical hours within Tarrant County, Dallas County, Denton County, Collin County, and Parker County. 3.8 All instructors shall provide student feedback with progress reports every quarter of each year on all students enrolled. 3.9 The Contractor shall offer remedial training for students unsuccessful in their first attempt at the NREMT certification exams. 3.10 Additional Training courses may be added or removed during the contract period.
