Specifications include, but are not limited to: 11.1 The required services to be provided are One Notary, Inc’s online data subscriptions, business enterprise edition, for notary services for Texas DFPS. 11.2 Vendor will provide software subscription renewal services as per Exhibit D - Pricing Sheet. 11.3 Contractor shall work with DFPS IT personnel to install and/or activate software, 11.4 Software subscriptions will come with support, 11.5 Contractor shall provide trained technicians knowledgeable and skilled in the installation, setup and support of the services per the scope of services. 11.6 Respondent will prepare additional written reports for DFPS when requested and in the format required by DFPS. 11.7 Respondent will comply with the DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions (Exhibit B).
