University Health is seeking proposals to manage our internal online company store, which provides employees with uniforms, apparel and other corporate branded merchandise. The online store will reside on a user-friendly, robust microsite. We are looking for a vendor that can handle all aspects of this online store, to include building the microsite for the store, consulting with us to select items to feature on the site, working with our payroll deduction system for charges, shipping items to numerous University Health locations in San Antonio, providing reporting on what is selling and recommendations to maximize sales, and recommending items for us to feature for our monthly store Super Sales. We are also looking for economical options for shipping directly to employees home addresses, as another option for delivery of items to employees. The contract will be for three (3) years and will be awarded to one vendor.
