Specifications include, but are not limited to:Texas A&M University (Texas A&M), The Bush School of Government and Public Services, intends to enter into an agreement with an experienced, industry-recognized firm to provide Online Lead Generation services that can deliver prospective student contact information (student leads). Student leads must be interested in our 100% online graduate certificates in the areas of advanced international affairs, non-profit management and homeland security. Services shall be provided by a reputable and quality educational lead generation service provider that has demonstrated a significant and quantifiable return on investment for its customers. Leads must be scrubbed for duplicates, the national do not call registry, fraud detection and accurate email/phone/address information. Respondents must be familiar and comply with all applicable federal and state laws, as well as Department of Education regulations and rules regarding higher education recruitment practices. Respondents must only make accurate statements in its marketing and representation of the Bush School and its programs. Prospective student leads must be actual individuals who have a complete name, valid and correct email address, mailing address and an accurate, working phone number, as well as specific Bush School online graduate certificate program interest in advanced international affairs, nonprofit management and homeland security. No international leads outside of the United States. Leads must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a grade point in their undergraduate degree of 2.5 and higher. It is desired to have a flexible plan, where the number of leads can be decreased or increased with providing no more than thirty (30) days’ notice to the successful vendor. If a phone number or email is found to be non-working or if the phone call or email explains that the individual did not request information, the cost of that lead will be credited back to the university. In addition, if the leads are already in the Bush School Online mailing and call list, these leads will be credited as well.
