Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Boat storage spaces shall meet or exceed the following: 1) An open-concept space, approximately 3,000 square feet to include eight storage spaces a) All bays adjacent to form one open continuous space. b) Seven (7) storage spaces: i. Minimum height twelve (12) feet ii. Minimum width fourteen (14) feet iii. Minimum depth thirty-one (31) feet iv. Seven (7) garage style bay entrances, with minimum twelve (12) feet height and fourteen (14) feet width. c) One storage space: i. Minimum height thirteen (13) feet. ii. Minimum width fourteen (14) feet. iii. Minimum depth thirty-three (33) feet. iv. One (1) garage style entrance minimum thirteen (13) feet height and fourteen (14) feet width.
