Fire Extinguisher: Shall be equipped with USCG approved fire extinguisher, handheld. 4.1.17. Bilge Pump: Auto-switch 4.1.18. Shall include all necessary and required cables, shift linkage, steering, etc. for one (1) 150HP outboard motor as described in Section 4.2. Must be rigged for immediate operation upon delivery. 4.1.19. Respondent shall include a specification sheet with their bid response.
