Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Component inspections and subsystem maintenance i. Check the pump syringe, air filter, and base pan ii. Inspect and maintain critical components such as sipper, piercing probe, syringe assembly, Y-stage, flow cell manifold and Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC), touchscreen, instrument skins, and that Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) is present. b) System requalification shall be performed upon initial installation or after a maintenance visit, if required. i. Ensure components meet Contractor’s specifications of instrument requirements outlined in instrument manuals: motion system, imaging module optics, lane center and rotation, reagent delivery volumes, thermal ramping of flow cell TEC, chiller temperature c) Contractor shall check and update Local Run Manager (LRM) software versions and firmware as needed. d) All parts will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be new standard, equivalent refurbished parts, or parts of equivalent quality. e) Unlimited technical support shall be available via call center twenty-four (24) hours per day and seven (7) days per week.
