PEC is seeking a business outfitting partner for its ongoing and recurring direct purchases of professional uniforms, ARC Rated and Non-ARC Rated work apparel. PEC outfits hundreds of employees, both men and women, with high quality embroidered clothing and requires a topnotch business outfitting partner to accomplish its program objectives. The outfitting partner must offer a variety of garment styles, seasonal options, sizing availability, and gender specific options. The partner must also provide outstanding customer service, flexibility to meet PEC’s evolving needs, capability to serve PEC across its service territory consisting of 45 cities and 24 counties, robust inventory levels, guaranteed delivery terms, and a customized web based purchasing portal tailored to PEC’s business rules. This RFP is for direct purchase only and does not include rentals or leases. The number of employees participating in the program may vary. The anticipated initial contract term will be three (3) years.
