Specifications include, but are not limited to: Site Work: Each proposal should include a schedule for seismic testing, if needed, and for choosing drill sites. The District reserves the right to limit the locations where wells may be placed on all properties. The District will consider a request to drill at a campus provided the operator presents a plan that addresses health and safety issues and does not interfere with the campus operations, and any other requirements that LISD Board of Trustees deem necessary for the safety and well being of the students and faculty at Lewisville ISD. The size of the campus and the time of the year the drilling is to occur are additional factors to be considered. All surface acreage will be returned to original condition upon completion of drilling operations. A Developmental Plat or other drawing showing a drilling plan and drill sites and proposed pooled units that are not located on the leased premises must be submitted with this proposal. The plat should also show the location of access roads to the drill site, pipelines, electric lines, and all surface facilities and equipment, none of which may be located on the leased premises.
