Space Planning and Design Services • Meeting and interviewing with County Department and stakeholders to refine the space planning layout based on County provided conceptual layout in Exhibits. • Develop a space planning drawing in AutoCAD or other software • Develop a project schedule for space planning, procurement and installation. Specification and Procurement Services • Develop a Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FFE) package, including material/ performance specifications • Prepare a probable of construction cost of the FFE • Procure the FFE through a Bexar County approved purchasing CO-OP, or other acceptable purchasing method. Delivery, Installation, and Project Management Services • Manage the project design, order furniture, procurement and oversee the delivery, assembly and the installation
