Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) has partnered with SHSU to conduct research on vaccine education and hesitancy/confidence. As part of this partnership, DSHS has asked the Co-PI’s of the research team to host several Vaccine Symposiums across Texas to share the research findings. Off-campus event planning and production services will be required to organize the Vaccine Symposiums requiring event planning and design firms to provide an array of services, including but not limited to, event concept and thematic development, planning, design of décor, location, housing, and food reservations, travel support, technology reservations, production of unique decorative items/props, chair/table/linen rentals, lighting, floral centerpieces, pipe and drape, etc., and event implementation. It also includes site/venue search and selection, catering services, and entertainment. Many of the events will take place at off-site venues in and around Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Events include, but are not limited to: Department of State Health Services Vaccine Symposium-Houston Vaccine Symposium-Dallas Vaccine Symposium-San Antonio
