The City of Carrollton is soliciting Proposal Packets to provide the City with management services at Oak Creek Tennis Center. City desires to promote and provide for the management of the Oak Creek Tennis Center, to include the pro shop, tennis courts, as well as City’s eleven (11) tennis and ten (10) pickleball satellite courts collectively referred to as the “Facility”. Please note that a future expansion is expected in 2026 that includes four (4) additional tennis courts and no less than six (6) pickleball courts at the Oak Creek location. Therefore, the Facility should be deemed to include all areas of the property associated with tennis or pickleball, including the satellite courts, and not just the improved areas.
