1. Service Equipment: A. Hardware maintenance and service repair for existing DPS equipment: a. One (1) OPEX Falcon+ scanner with OPEX PC with Certain Scan (version 5.5) application B. Software maintenance and service repair for existing DPS systems: a. One (1) Fairfax Software Quick Modules System (version 5.0) production environment b. One (1) Fairfax Software Quick Modules System (version 5.0) test environment c. One (1) Fairfax Software Quick Modules System (version 5.0) development environment 2. Maintenance and Service Repair Requirements: A. Contractor must provide coverage on these days Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays and State Holidays. B. Contractor must provide coverage during these times: 8:00am through 5:00pm CST, excluding National Holidays and State Holidays. C. Contractor must respond by phone, email, or in person within 30 minutes of service and maintenance calls. D. Contractor must perform monthly maintenance visits for OPEX Falcon+ scanner. E. Contractor must perform monthly maintenance visits for Fairfax Quick Modules 5.0 scanner software. F. Contractor must provide an unlimited number of maintenance calls. G. Contractor must conduct maintenance and service repairs in a manner that is consistent with equipment manufacturer’s requirements. H.
