Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded Vendor must provide access to online comprehensive primary legal reference materials including databases, software and search tools that must be able to perform comprehensive searches of primary legal reference material. Primary legal reference materials must include access and search capability to comprehensive primary legal authority, such as cases, statutes, administrative decisions and rules for all states and the federal government. Vendor must provide a list of the specific legal reference materials/databases offered by the Vendor. Special emphasis and description should accompany Texas and federal legal reference materials. The awarded Vendor must provide access to online comprehensive public record databases, software and search tools that must be able to perform unrestricted comprehensive searches of public record databases by any user. Public record databases must include access and search capability to locate individuals and businesses, and locate personal and business assets. The Vendor must provide a list of the public record databases offered by the Vendor that are to be included in the Vendors fixed monthly rate offer.
