Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Install animal traps in designated control areas. Use of live whole animal traps, multi-animal traps, body grip traps, and foothold traps will be specified in the work order based on the use and activity level of the control area. B. Body grip and foothold traps will not be permitted on land. C. Anchor foothold traps to a drowning cable or drowning rod. D. Affix a placard to each live trap that includes company name and contact telephone number. ; A. Monitor and maintain all traps during the 3-week control period a minimum of every three (3) calendar days. More frequent monitoring and maintenance of traps may be required by HCFCD. B. Remove and release all non-target animals captured. C. Provide additional bait and or scent lures to the control area and traps as needed.
