Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of these specifications is to establish a five (5) Year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement with the City of Dallas (City) for Non-Emergency Wrecker Services. ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods/Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. The contract will be used for transporting disabled City of Dallas vehicles to designated locations and the removal of junk motor vehicles from private or public locations inside and outside of the City of Dallas to the City of Dallas Auto Pound at 1955 Vilbig Ave., Dallas TX 75208 or any facility so designated in the future as the City Auto Pound.
