You are invited to submit a sealed bid for the purchase of NEW TIRE, RETREAD, AND FLAT REPAIR SERVICES as requested by the City of Edinburg Solid Waste Management Department. The specifications listed below are minimum requirements and are intended to govern, in general, the size and material desired. The City of Edinburg reserves the right to evaluate variations from these specifications. Background; Quantities: The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of each group depending on availability of funds. Quantities estimated are approximate, based on projected usage during a twelve (12) month period. The unit bid prices acquired for this contract are to remain the same for a period of one (1) year whether the City buys more or less than the estimated quantities of the product bid.
