The selected proposer will provide turn-key professional services for: ▪ Roadway Design & Engineering: Complete design of new road construction including alignment, grading, pavement design, and cross-sections ▪ Drainage Design: Stormwater management, drainage structures, and erosion control measures ▪ Utility Coordination: Coordination with existing and proposed utilities including water, wastewater, gas, electricity, and telecommunications ▪ Construction Management: On-site project management and administration during construction phase ▪ Construction Inspection: Full-time inspection services to ensure compliance with plans and specifications ▪ Regulatory Compliance: Permits and compliance with state and local agencies ▪ Construction Documents: Preparation and development of construction documents, technical specifications, and bid packages ▪ Cost Estimate: Develop engineer’s estimate of probable construction costs
