Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services are provided through the direct service delivery model per the students medical providers plan of care and the Individualized Education Plan (IEP). (If student(s) is/are receiving special education services). Services may also be needed to provide substitute NURSING SERVICES to an entire campus or campuses in the role of the school nurse required by the Texas Education Code. Such services will be needed in the event of a prolonged absence, a vacancy or the need for support for any reasons deemed necessary by the Districts Director of School Health Services.
