Provide housing assistance and related supportive services for low-income persons living with HIV and their families in the Dallas eligible service area under the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) grant program. The HOPWA grant program is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City is seeking multiple Subrecipients to provide housing assistance and related supportive services request for funding for one (or multiple) service categories. • Emergency/Tenant Based Rental Assistance (Short-Term Rent, Mortgage, and Utility Assistance (STRMU), Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA), or Permanent Housing Placement (PHP)) • Facility Based Housing (Long-Term, Transitional, or Short-Term Facilities) • Emergency Vouchers (Short-Term Hotel/Motel Stays) • Master Leasing (Long-Term Housing in Leased Units) • Housing Information Services (HIS) (HIV Housing Resource Center, Website, and Database) • Supportive Services Only (SSO) (Services Provided Separately from Housing) • Facility Rehabilitation/Repair, New Construction, or Acquisition (Housing Development)
