The Project consists of the refresh / replacement of ATCECD call handling equipment, routers and software and the upgrade of the network to the NG911 ESInet system and to provide NGCS, including the upgrade of all hardware and software components necessary to provide the NGCS as may be required of the Proposer. In addition, a proposal is solicited for system maintenance for a term of five (5) years, with the provision for as many extensions as may be necessary and to be mutually agreed to by the parties. ATCECD consists of 4 Public Service Answering Points (PSAP), with 2 PSAP’s serving as primary and 2 serving as secondary PSAP’s. ATCECD services an estimated population of 148,000 residents. ATCECD currently utilizes Motorola Vesta Call Handling Equipment.
