The Waco Independent School District will be accepting bid responses for businesses that can provide supplies, equipment and services to our Music Departments. If your company can provide any items as listed below please submit a response. This is not an all-inclusive list, but a general list of items needed for departments to provide instructional direction in the classroom as well as UIL events. Please note: This bid does not ask for specific pricing as we are seeking to create a broad list of vendors which can meet the needs of the District in the area of Musical Instruments, Supplies and Services. These purchases will be done on an as needed basis. All responsive, scope appropriate bids will be accepted: Please Note: This is a new solicitation. If you are currently approved on the Music Supplies and Services on RFP # 20-1061, you will need to submit a response to this solicitation before July 8, 2025 in order to continue as an approved vendor with the District.
