a) Data collection and quality assurance Contractor must collect and perform quality assurance on all data necessary to complete the CompScope™ Multi-State Benchmark and Medical Benchmark report. b) Analyze Data and Draft Report Contractor will analyze data and produce the CompScope™ Multi-State Benchmark and Medical Benchmark and provide an electronic copy of the draft and final reports to the Agency Primary Contact. TDI will provide comments on the draft reports and attend any Advisory Committee meetings. c) Briefings Contractor must present the results of the CompScope™ Multi-State Benchmark and Medical Benchmark reports at the Texas Advisory Meeting in-person or virtually. At TDI’s request, Contractor must: • brief the public on the findings of the CompScope™ reports and offer testimony at interim or regular session legislative hearings. • allow up to 25 state employees to attend any presentations, seminars, trainings, and briefings focused on findings for Texas of the CompScope™ reports and waive any associated fees.
