1.7.1.Mobile Dipping Vat. Quantity: One (1). 1.7.2.Must be able to be moved by a class 8 truck. 1.7.3.Cattle must enter from the rear of the unit, move up a ramp, drop into a vat, then have a pathway out of the vat that leads down and out the right side of the structure. In Attachment G – Reference Photographs, a black loading ramp can be seen directly behind the Mobile Dipping Vat. That ramp is not part of this proposal. 1.7.4.Stairs and a walkway must be on the left side and above the dipping area of the structure to allow operators to move cattle through the vat. 1.7.5.Must come with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) minimum set of stop lights, taillights, turn signals, and reflectors. 1.7.6.The vendor must provide all properly signed and completed registration documents, including form 130-U (Application for Texas Title and/or Registration), Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle, invoice for payment and a temporary DOT/DMV approved license plate.
